Your practitioner uses their hands, elbows and forearms to rub, press and knead your muscles, relieving them of stress and restoring their function. Our massage is helpful if you are looking for help with managing the effects of stress including tightness, soreness and pain. If you are pregnant, it may help your journey through pregnancy to become an easier one and we use gentle techniques to ensure you and your baby are safe.
