What’s your approach to patient care, and what can patients expect during a session with you? My approach to patient care is centered on the patient. I listen to their concerns and develop a care plan that supports their health and wellness goals.
What’s your favourite aspect of working in Chiropractic? My favourite part of working in chiropractic is witnessing the transformation in my patients. It’s amazing to be a part of their healing process
What are some of the conditions that you find you are most successful in helping people with? Neck, lower back, and headache conditions are among the most common I encounter, and I take great satisfaction in knowing that I can help address these concerns.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day? Curling up with a good book or a comfort show, plus some serious cat cuddles.
What are some common misconceptions about your profession that you’d like to address? One big misconception is that chiropractic care is only for back pain. In reality, it supports your whole nervous system, which means it can help with everything from headaches to sleep to stress!
What’s the energy like in your treatment room? It’s a place where you can relax, feel supported, and trust that care is tailored to you—while still enjoying a good conversation and a few laughs.
Coffee or tea? Tea has been my go-to since I was a little girl. But I won’t say no to an iced coffee every now and then.
Sweet or savoury? Sweet, always!
What’s one health tip you wish more people knew? Taking care of your spine is taking care of your whole body. It’s wild how much better you can feel—physically and mentally—when everything’s aligned!
What’s a hidden talent or hobby you have? Baking is my secret superpower! I love making cookies, cupcakes, and anything sweet—and the Back in Line Team are my very willing taste-testers.
