What’s your favourite aspect of working in Chiropractic? I love helping people understand and experience how powerful their body’s healing can be when it’s given the right support. I’m passionate about teaching people about their body, their nerve system, and simple ways to live a healthier, more natural life.
What are some of the conditions that you find you are most successful in helping people with? Headaches, neck pain, low back pain, stress related health issues, poor sleep, pregnancy discomfort. Nervous system dysregulation.

What are some common misconceptions about your profession that you’d like to address? A misconception is that chiropractic is about cracking bones, and the bigger the crack the bigger the result.
What’s the energy like in your treatment room? Nurturing, uplifting and engaging
Coffee or tea? I love a hot drink! I love an almond flat white or matcha if its before midday. Chai or cocao if it’s after midday and a good cup of tea anytime of the day.
Sweet or savoury? Savoury, I nwill always be a savoury girlie. Pass me the salt!
What’s one health tip you wish more people knew? Falling asleep earlier has a stronger positive influence on your healing, even if you get the same amount of hours, compared to staying up later.
What’s a hidden talent or hobby you have? A bit of an old talent now, but I used to play the saxophone and really loved it!
