Your First Visits

For your first visit, we ask you to be at our rooms ten to fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time. Please note the location and directions. During this time, we will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire (if you haven’t brought your downloaded one with you.) We will have your personal health file prepared for you before you arrive at our rooms.

Dr. Roy will take you through to a consultation room with your file. During your first visit/s to our rooms, he may take you through the following:

• Your Chiropractic Examination
• Your Report of our Findings
• Your Chiropractic Care
