Is it bad to ‘crack’ your back?

The want or need to ‘crack’ or ‘pop’ your back or neck is often caused by spinal and nerve imbalances. When one area of the spine is not moving,  another area of the spine is compensating or moving too much. The area that is not moving should be adjusted and the spine should balance out. We suggest that people do not crack or pop their own spine as this could affect the delicate balance of the spine and nerve system. It’s best to be checked by a Chiropractor.
